Translation services

We offer translation services of documents from one language to another. 

In Thailand, most of the official documents are in the Thai language. The courts of Thailand mostly accept complaints, suits, etc in Thai Language. 

The translation services are not only limited to the courts. They are also required in other sectors and institutions according to their requirements. 

The most common translation are from English to Thai or Thai to English but any languages can be translated in Thailand.

 

This is a list non exhaustive of materials that can be translated by our services:

 

1: Personal basic documents

Divorce certificate, divorce record, ID card, Passport, Change of surname, marriage registration certificate, prenuptial agreement, marriage record, etc.

2: Translation of Corporate documents

Partnership documents, company regulations, Ordinary Partnership Certificate, minutes of meetings, list of company goals/objectives, conference record, company regulations/policies, Business presentation, ISO manuals, company website, etc.

 

3: Translation of Contracts

Shareholder agreement, last will and testament, lease agreement, tenant agreements, etc

 

4: translation of real estates Documents

Leasehold, sale and purchase agreement mortgage, contract of sale, certificate of ownership of condominium, land or villa etc.

 

Certified translation:

Certified translation means that the translated document is signed by an official translation service provider. The translated documents are attested by the organization (translation service provider) and help to make it admissible to the authorities. If in any case, the court wants to verify the authenticity of the documents then the translation service provider can state in the court as a witness.

 

Notarized translation:

Notarized translation means the translated document is attested and verified by the notary public officer. The court can ask anytime the notary public officer to verify any document, original or fake document, etc, and state in the court as witness in the case.
